Common questions
Is this a medical alert device?
No. It's a daily phone call and a text about how it went. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911 — we're not an emergency service and can't dispatch help.
What happens if she doesn't answer?
We try again 20 minutes later, then again 20 minutes after that. If we still can't reach her, you get a text right away either way.
Who gets the texts?
Anyone you add — a spouse, siblings, all of you. There's no limit and no extra charge for adding more people.
Can you call more than one person?
Yes. Add each person separately during signup. Each person called is its own $49/month rate.
Is there an app or a dashboard to check?
No. That's deliberate — everything comes to you by text, the same day, so there's nothing to remember to open.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, anytime, no fees. Your trial is 7 days and doesn't require a credit card to start.
